The School of Management is a secondary Institute school. In September 2011, based on 4 majors (including E-commerce) of the former Information Economy Department and the Cultural Market Operation and Management major in the Applied English Department, the School of Business Management (and E-Commerce School) was established. In January 2018, the School of Business Management was officially renamed the School of Management. There are 6 majors in the School of Management. These majors are E-Commerce, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Cultural Market Operation and Management, Customs Clearance and International Freight, and International Business. The School has 49 classes and more than 2,100 full-time students.
The School has 63 full-time faculty members with high quality and high academic qualifications. Among which, there are 42 full-time teachers for teaching, 10 student counselors and 9 teaching management personnel, including 3 professors, 27 associate professors, and 24 lecturers. The faculty team has 26 doctors (accounting for 60% of the number of full-time teachers), 28 members with a master’s degree and 7 members with a bachelor’s degree and most of them have “double qualified certifications”. Meanwhile, the School also has a part-time faculty team composed of more than 40 teachers with rich practical business experience. With years of school-running achievements, the School has set up a batch of excellent resource courses, including a national excellent (resource sharing) course and 2 divisions,3 provincial excellent courses and 26 university excellent courses. The School is equipped with 3 provincial off-campus practice teaching bases for college students and 6 Shenzhen off-campus public practice bases. Additionally, it invested a total of 25 million yuan and built 15 on-campus practice rooms with an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, ensuring the successful progress of practical teaching. In recent years, the School has undertaken7 provincial scientific research projects and 15 municipal department research projects. It has also obtained 10 scientific research patents and edited and published more than 20 textbooks. The E-Commerce major has been developed into a national backbone university key major and a model e-commerce major in Guangdong Province. The Logistics Management major is being developed into a provincial second-class brand-name major and a high-level major for provincial first-rate higher vocational institutes.
Adhering to the "people-oriented" and "competency based" school operating philosophy, the School, guided by employment, vigorously promotes the integration of traditional business management-related majors with modern information technology and develops high-quality technical or skilled personnel with relatively strong information technology application ability for various industries and trades in Shenzhen and the Pearl River Delta area. The School actively explores the talent training modes such as work-study alternation, order training, etc. and improves students’ core professional skills and capacities to comprehensively enhance student competence and its professional education level and talent training quality. With the measures of course-certificate integration, contest promoting study, etc., the School has made great efforts to develop its students’ professional quality and practical work ability. The students have won the First Prize of the “VSTRONG Cup” Logistics Skill Contest of National Higher Vocational and Junior Colleges and many other awards in various contests. Since 2011, the School has produced 3,572 graduates for the society and all the students have graduated with “double certificates”. The initial employment rate of the graduates in the past three years exceeded 98%, and more than 80% of the students got a job related to their major.
In July 2016, the School of Business Management won the title of “Shenzhen Advanced Education Organization”.

Hu Ling (Majored in Logistics Management)
Associate Professor Hu Ling, holding a master's degree, is a senior logistician. He is also a member of the Professional Committee of Information Technology of the National Logistics Vocational Education and Teaching Guidance Committee. He mainly conducts research on logistics management and data mining. He is in charge of a Guangdong second-class brand-name specialty construction project and a provincial-level training base construction project. The ERP application course he teaches is a provincial-level excellent resource sharing course. Yao Weifeng (Majored in Logistics Management)
Associate Professor Yao Weifeng is a postdoctoral scholar. He is also in charge of more than 20 national, provincial and municipal research projects in various fields. He published three academic monographs, more than 60 essays, guided his students to participate in professional competitions and helped them win a provincial Second Prize.
Mo Jima (Majored in Business Management)
Associate Professor Mo Jima, holding a master's degree, is a corporate trainer.

An Dongping (Majored in Customs Clearance and International Freight)
Associate Professor An Dongping holds a Ph.D. As an education enthusiast, he insists on teaching innovation and has flexible teaching methods. He has been awarded the Teaching Quality Excellence Award for ten years and has instructed his students to participate in the Guangdong Customs Skills Competition for three consecutive years and all the students were awarded. Zhang Yunbo (Majored in Cultural Market Operation and Management)
Dr. Zhang Yunbo is a senior economist and a senior logistician. He has worked in the media industry for 13 years and has extensive practical experience. He is also one of the main curators of the Shenzhen Cultural Fair, the Shenzhen Animation Festival and the Shenzhen International New Media Short Film Festival. Xian Xuelin is a senior economist and a US certified commercial investment member with rich overseas study and work experience. Chen Weifang (Student Affairs Office)
Lecturer Chen Weifang holds a master's degree and is a national level-three psychological consultant. She loves students and cares about their development. Xiao Junhao, holding a bachelor's degree, has been working in the Institute for 13 years since he was employed by the Institute right after graduating from the Institute with a major in Computer Applications Technology in 2005. Zhang Yanhao (Majored in E-commerce)
Zhang Yanhao was enrolled in 2015 and majored in E-commerce. She is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and once served as the office director of the Communist Youth League Committee of the School of Management. Zheng Yanfen (Majored in Logistics Management)
Zhang Yanfen was enrolled in 2015 and majored in Logistics Management. She is a member of the CPC. She now serves as the class deputy monitor and the attendance checker. With consistent top academic performance, she was awarded the National Encouragement Scholarship twice, the First-class Academic Scholarship and the Second-class Academic Scholarship once each. Ke Xiaoshan was enrolled in 2015 and majored in Business Administration. She performed very well at school with excellent results.
