深圳信息职业技术学院2022年招收外国来华留学生实行以考察综合素质能力为基础的“申请+考核制”。现将具体规定公布如下：
The 2022 enrollment of international students is carried out per the process of "application + assessment" based on applicants' comprehensive quality and ability. The specific regulations are as follows:
一、学校简介
深圳信息职业技术学院位于中国深圳，毗邻香港，是由深圳市人民政府创办的公办全日制高等院校。学校开设了人工智能、集成电路、物联网、云计算、大数据、现代移动通信等信息类为主的专业49个，紧密契合信息产业的研发、应用和服务。在校生超过20000人，全校专职教职工超过1500人，其中专任教师950人，另有近300名产业工程师参与指导学生。具有最完备的电子信息类专业体系，拥有强大的办学实力。
I.The School
Based in Shenzhen of China, neighboring Hong Kong, Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology (SZIIT) is a public full-time intuition providing higher education founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It has set up 49 majors related to information technology, covering artificial intelligence, integrated circuit, Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and modern mobile communication technologies. The majors closely fit the needs in the R & D, application and service segments of information industry. There are more than 20,000 students, over 1,500 faculty members and 950 full-time teachers, in addition to the approximately 300 industrial engineer ready to provide practical guidance to the students. SZIIT features the most complete disciplines specialized in electronic information for higher vocational education in China, and outperforms its peers in terms of educational strength.
二、面向国际学生招生专业
II. Enrollment of International Students
2022年深圳信息职业技术学院招收国际学生的专业有14个（授课语言为中文），具体招生专业详见附件1.《深圳信息职业技术学院2022年国际学生招生计划一览表》。
There are 14 majors open to international students in 2022 (Chinese as the teaching language). Please refer to Annex 1Enrollment Schedule for International Student of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology in 2022for more information.
三、学习方式和学习年限
II. Mode of Study and School Years
1、深圳信息职业技术学院国际学生的学习方式为全日制插班教学。
1. Full-time study with Chinese students.
2、除招生学院（或项目）有特殊说明的以外，国际学生的基本学习年限均为3年。
2. Unless otherwise specified by the school (or program), the course duration is 3 years.
三、申请资格
III. Application Requirements
1.持有外国护照的非中国籍公民。
1. Non-Chinese citizen holding a foreign passport.
2.身体健康，品行端正，以往无违法犯罪记录，对华友好，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。
2. In good health, well-conducted without criminal record, friendly to Chinese, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the school rules.
3. 2018年4月30日前持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
3. Possessing a valid foreign passport before April 30, 2018 or a nationality certificate for no less than 4 years, and having a record of residing overseas for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (living overseas for 9 months out of a year can be calculated as one year, subject to the seals and signatures of entry-exit administrations).
4.年龄为18-25周岁，具有高中或同等学历或高中以上教育背景；对于拥有本科学历或特殊技能的申请人，可适当放宽年龄和教育背景限制。
4. 18-25 years old, graduated from high school or received equivalent or higher education; the limits on age and education are appropriately relaxed for applicants with bachelor degrees or special skills.
5.对于以汉语为教学语言的专业，要求申请人具备汉语HSK四级或以上水平（华人学校学生可免除HSK证书要求）。对于以英语为教学语言的专业，申请人需具备流畅的英语交流能力。
5. Applicants for majors with Chinese as the teaching language are required to obtain HSK certificates (Level 4 or above) (except for students studied in Chinese schools). Applicants for majors with English as the teaching language are required to have fluent English communication capability.
四、申请时间
2022年4月26日-8月20日。纸质材料的邮寄截止时间为8月10日，以邮寄下单时间为准。

1.国际学生入学申请表：请登陆深圳信息职业技术学院网上报名系统(网址为：https://sziit.at0086.cn /StuApplication/Login.aspx)进行网上报名，报名成功后打印申请表，并粘贴2寸免冠证件照。
1. Application form for international students: Please log onto the online registration system of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology (website:https://sziit.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) for online registration. Print the application form after successful registration, and paste a bareheaded photo measuring 3.5 cm × 5.3 cm.
2.最高学历证明文件，须为中文或英文的原件或公证的翻译件。
2. Certificate of the highest education, must be the original in Chinese or English or a certified translation.
注：应届毕业生在申请时提供预计毕业的证明或在学证明，被拟录取后补交学历证明文件后方可获得正式录取资格。
Notes: Fresh graduates should provide proof of expected graduation or proof of studentship in application, and submit the graduation certificates before being qualified for the formal admission.
3.毕业院校的正式成绩单，须为中文或英文的原件或公证的翻译件。
3. Official transcript issued by the graduate school, must be the original in Chinese or English or a certified translation.
4.自我介绍视频（请用报考项目的授课语言简要介绍个人学习经历并重点介绍来华学习期间的学习计划等，500字左右。

5.两封所在高中教师推荐信，须为中文或英文原件。（注：推荐信也可由推荐人通过本人邮箱发送至admissions@sziit.edu.cn）

申请以汉语为授课语言的专业：须提供HSK四级（含）以上证书或华校的毕业证明的原件或复印件；
Applying for a major with Chinese as the teaching language: the original or photocopy of HSK certificate (Level 4 or above) or graduation certificate of Chinese schools;
申请以英语为授课语言的专业：对于母语为非英语的申请人，需提交TOEFL（iBT，70分以上）或GRE（260分以上）成绩单或其它能体现自身英语水平的证明；对于母语为英语或接受过英语为教学语言学习2年以上的申请者，可以免除以上证明材料。
Applying for a major with English as the teaching language: non-English speaking applicants must submit the test transcript of TOEFL (iBT, above 70 points) or GRE (above 260 points), or other certificates that prove the student's English proficiency; English speaking applicants and applicants who have received education with English as the teaching language for more than 2 years are exempted from the language certifications.
7.护照复印件，护照必须是入学后三个月内仍然有效的普通护照。

8.无犯罪记录证明；

以上材料除推荐信外，须准备一份原件，一份复印件。

注：每位申请人最多可申请两个专业，每个申请志愿需分别按要求提交纸质版申请材料，在申请时间截止之前邮寄至深圳信息职业技术学院国际交流与合作学院（港澳台事务办公室）；如邮寄申请材料，建议使用顺丰快递邮寄。
Notes:Each applicant can apply for up to two majors, and separate paper materials must be submitted for different majors. Mail the application materials before the deadline to the School of International Exchange and Cooperation of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office); SF Express is recommended.

（2）电子邮件报名：如无法登录以上报名系统则需要申请者把相应申请材料发电子邮件至国际学生招生专用邮箱admissions@sziit.edu.cn。

2.审核与录取
2. Assessment and admission
经过招生工作专家委员会审核后，将由二级学院开展考核，并于2022年8月10日前，向被录取的国际学生发放国际学生录取通知书和来华签证申请表。
The admissions committee first conducts qualification evaluation of candidates, followed by the review of secondary schools; successful candidates will be issued the letters of admission and visa application forms before August 10, 2022.
七、入学
VII.Registration for Enrollment
新生于2022年9月初报到入学，具体时间以录取通知书为准。录取的学生须严格按照录取通知书规定的时间到深圳信息职业技术学院办理入学、注册手续。
Freshmen are scheduled to register in early September 2022 according to the date specified on the letter of admission. The entrance procedures must be completed within the required time limit at Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology.
八、费用与奖学金
VIII.Expenses and Scholarships
国际学生与中国学生同等标准缴纳学杂费。生活费、住宿费、保险费、体检费等费用自理。
The same tuition and fees are applicable to both international and Chinese students. Living expenses, accommodation fees, insurance expenses, physical examination fees, etc. shall be borne by students themselves.
1．学杂费包括：
1. Tuition and fees:
（1）普通类专业学费6000元人民币/生·学年；艺术类专业学费10000元人民币/生·学年；
(1) Tuition: general majors: RMB 6,000/year; art majors:RMB 10,000/year;
（2）住宿费1200元人民币/生·学年（不住校的无此项费用）；
(2) Accommodation fee: RMB 1,200/year (only for resident students);
（3）保险费（来华人员综合医疗保险）1200元人民币/生·学年。
(3)Insurance expense:RMB 1,200/year (comprehensive medical insurance for foreigners in China).

2．奖助学金
2.Scholarships and grants
本届招生不设立入学奖学金，即学费不再减免。
注：深圳信息职业技术学院是深圳市的公立院校，深圳市政府承担了学生74%的培养成本，学生只需承担26%的培养成本。
The current enrollment involves no entrance scholarships, which means no tuition reduction or exemption.
Notes: As a public institution in Shenzhen, SZIIT grants admissions to students based on tuition fees accounting for only 26% of the educational costs, while the majority 74% is borne by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
其他奖助学金参照深信院〔2021)46号《深圳信息职业技术学院国际学生奖助学金管理办法》规定执行。（国际学生学业奖学金用于奖励在校期间学业成绩优良的国际学生。学业奖学金分为学习进步奖、全勤奖、HSK优胜奖等。）
The policies on other scholarships are contained in the SXY (2021) No. 46Administration on Scholarships and Grants for International Students of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology.(Scholarships have been set up to reward international students with excellent academic performances, including the Progress Award, Perfect Attendance Award and HSK Excellence Award)
学校可协助申请政府相关奖学金。
We provide assistance in the application of government scholarships.
注：奖学金的评定和发放按国家和学校有关规定，实行动态评审。另：相关收费、退费、奖补等以人民币计价。
Note: The evaluation and issuing of scholarships are based on dynamic reviews according to the relevant regulations of the state and the school. In addition, the fees, refunds, awards, etc. are measured in RMB.
九、签证、医疗保险和住宿
IX. Visas, Medical Insurance and Accommodation
被录取的申请人须持录取通知书和来华学习签证申请表（JW202）到中国使馆申请来华学习签证。学习时间在6个月以上的须申请X1签证，在抵达中国后30天内需要到国际交流与合作学院（港澳台事务办公室）将X1签证变更成学习的居留许可。
Successful applicants must apply for a student visa at the Chinese embassy with the letter of admission and the international student visa application form (JW202). Those involving in programs lasting for over 6 months must apply for a X1 visa, and change for a residence permit for study within 30 days after arriving China at the School of International Exchange and Cooperation (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office).
中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买中国境内的医疗保险。学生可于报到注册日当天，在报到处购买医疗保险。对于没有购买所要求的医疗保险者，学校将不予办理注册手续。
As stipulated by the Ministry of Education, international students must maintain a local medical insurance in China. Medical insurances can be purchased at the registration office on the registration day; students who fail to buy the required medical insurance will be disqualified for registration.
国际学生原则上由学校统一安排校内住宿；申请校外自行解决住宿的国际学生，必须在租住房屋24小时之内到当地的公安机关办理登记手续。
Residence on campus is offered to all international students; non-resident students shall handle accommodation registration at local police authorities within 24 hours after renting off-campus.
十、毕业
X. Graduation
学习期满，完成培养计划规定的各项要求，成绩合格，经学校学术委员会审核批准后，准予毕业。
Students are required to fulfill the graduation requirements for study programs with satisfactory academic results, and obtain the approval from the academic appraisal committee before they are granted graduation.
